Informational Questions:
How many hours do you have on the server? (Requirement 24+):

At least 40+

How old are you? (Requirement 16+(unless you prove mature enough otherwise)):

I am 20 years old.

What Leadership Role are you applying for?: Why do you want this position?:

Medical Leader. I've been medical leader before. I'd like to see a more cohesive medical team in the server currently.

In your eyes, what are the qualifications for a member of your specialization?:

I believe the qualities for a good medic are someone who enjoys medical RP, who's often active on the server, and someone who also doesn't take being a medic too seriously.

How can you improve the specializtion your applying to lead?:

For a prior server, I wrote a few pages of medical guidelines that never got used, and I'm currently reworking them to fit onto this server. I believe having a standard guide to performing Medical RP, such as checkups and surgeries is important for a more streamlined experience.

Have you had any past experience as a leader? If so name the server, rank, time spent as a leader, and battalion/specialization.:

Yes, several. I was Medical commander on Sentinel Networks, a medic on Kessel Reborn, and most recently 109th Medical Commander on Valiance Warlords. Unfortunately I couldn't give you time spent as each, but i've spent a decent amount of time as a medic playing SWRP

Have you had any punishments on this server?:

No, i have not.

Situational Questions: (2 Sentence Rule)
What would a certification for your specialization look like if you were to get the position?:

Well, for starters i'd probably begin with the troopers conducting a checkup on one another, taking turns as the patient. I'd inform everyone how to perform the checkup, and give them the roll tables i wrote out previously. I'd be looking for more detailed descriptions of the medical procedure, however if the detail isn't quite there, then there's always room to improve, and i'll inform them of that.

You have a trooper in your specialization that is making some basic mistakes during their shift. What do you do?:

I would take them aside, inform them on what they're doing wrong, and ask them to follow the documents a bit more closely until they nailed the basics. After that, they can start branching out and doing their own thing again.

After a stressful operation, one of your fellow soldiers blames you for the poor actions of members of your specialization. What do you do if this is a CT? What if it is another specialization leader? What if it is a commander?:

I would take their criticisms, and inform the person they're directed towards and attempt to help them improve on that in the future. If it keeps happening, especially if the criticisms are given by peers or commanders, i'd start using the 3 strike rule, while still trying to help them improve on this behavior.

During your break, you receive a transmission from one of your units stating that they are running low on supplies necessary for an assignment you gave them. How would you assist them in completing their duties if there were extra supplies in storage? What if supplies had to be shipped in?:

I would order a requisition to the ground on their position, and try to give the troopers bacta and medical equipment as needed. I believe the bulk of our medical equipment will be stored in the Aux hanger bay, so i'd also move over towards that hangar and assist in moving it out to a shuttle.

Yes or No Questions:
Do you understand that the Owner has the power to remove from your position?:

Yes.

Do you understand that respect goes both ways for Commanders, leaders and Troopers?:

Yes.

Do you understand that fighting between leader is a removable offense?:

Yes.

Do you understand that as a leader you are still subject to the server rules?:

Yes.

While I would have like a bit more depth on some of your responses, I believe that overall you made a very good application. A medical lead would work wonders for our player's ability to partake in passive rp during the down time between events, and the structured systems you have designed would assist in making those interactions more interesting.

Sims is a good medic, and fit for the role.

Active enough and seems like he knows what he is doing along with already having docs to help improve medical rp
